Corynne

Corynne began working with Lisa as a student in 2014 and immediately made a deep connection to the Brooklyn Embodied method.

She became a Certified Postpartum Doula in 2020 and has since supported over 50 clients with everything from adjusting to life with a newborn to lactation and self-care. Soon after, Corynne completed her Control D training and began working with pregnant and postnatal clients to close diastasis, relieve pain, deepen body awareness, and strengthen their bodies.

Previously, Corynne spend over a decade as a writer and an editor. Her articles are published in The New York Post, Architectural Digest, Town & Country, and The New York Observer, among others. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from NYU.

She recently moved with her husband and two children to Chicago’s North Shore area where she continues to support prenatal/postpartum clients both virtually and in-person.
