A private session is the perfect way to begin an exercise program, rehab an injury, or perfect your form and take your workout to the next level. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and goals. All privates are 55 minutes scheduled by appointment only. Lisa will design at home workouts to supplement sessions if desired.

Feel awesome! Pilates is a method of conditioning to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body. We go through the basic mat exercises with attention to alignment with personal corrections. Get a great workout while also improving your technique. This class is open to all levels.
Diastasis repair mat class

This ongoing weekly class is for people who have begun to close their diastasis. We continue to focus on closing the gap, and slowly begin to strengthen other areas of our body. Through these classes, you will continue to see improvement, feel stronger, and learn how posture plays a role in your life.
Baby and Me Pilates series
Come join us to gently heal your postpartum body in a loving, non-judgmental atmosphere. Perfect for someone trying to gently get back into shape post-baby or looking to start a fitness routine for the first time. The class focuses on healing the postpartum body, re-educating the abdominal muscles to knit back together, and gently strengthening the body to ease the demands of motherhood. Make it through those first few months with less aches and pains, reawaken your posture, and feel great. All levels are welcome and exercises can be modified to fit anyone's needs, including those with diastasis recti or umbilical hernias. This class is appropriate for brand new mothers up to pre-crawlers.

Intro to Diastasis repair series
This class will teach you how to test and assess your diastasis, and show you how to workout safely. We focus on re-educating the abdominal wall, in order for healing and closing to occur. Appropriate for any mom with diastasis, whose babies may be 4 weeks old, 4 months, or 4 years old. This class gives you the foundations you need to feel confident that you are being safe during other workouts and in daily life.
6 week series: 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18

Intro to Pilates series
Feel awesome! Pilates is a method of conditioning to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body. This series will focus on the foundations of pilates and the basic mat work, re-educating the abdominal muscles to engage in the most effective way. By the end of the series, you will feel stronger, with improved posture and increased energy.
