Mat classes run in two different formats: 60 minute sessions or 90 minute sessions. Prices vary based on the duration and the number of clients per class. Below are the rates per person. Classes are by appointment only.

NEW Mommy & Baby Pilates
Bring the baby along while you do Pilates. Classes are 60 minutes and perfect for moms who want to bring mind and body into harmony. Appropriate for babies 3 months up to pre-crawlers. $100 for 4-week session.
